Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 2026

At Pendulum Atelier, we dedicate significant time, planning, creative development, and production resources to every project. Due to the nature of creative and digital services, refunds are handled according to the following policy.

Deposits & Retainers

Project deposits, retainers, and booking fees are non-refundable. These payments reserve production time, scheduling, planning, and project allocation.

Creative Services

Services including but not limited to:

  • Photography

  • Videography

  • Website Design

  • Branding

  • Graphic Design

  • Social Media Content Creation

  • Creative Direction

  • Production Services

are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

Project Cancellations

Clients may request cancellation before project work begins.

If cancellation occurs before work starts, Pendulum Atelier may issue a partial refund at its discretion, excluding non-refundable deposits or administrative costs.

If work has already begun, refunds are not guaranteed.

Revision Process

Client satisfaction is important to us. Revision opportunities may be provided according to individual project agreements.

Refunds will not be issued solely based on creative preference after approved work, revisions, or completed deliverables.

Website & Digital Deliverables

Digital assets, website work, branding systems, graphics, edited photographs, videos, and downloadable deliverables cannot be returned and therefore are not eligible for refunds once delivered.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refund considerations outside this policy remain solely at Pendulum Atelier’s discretion.
